| Descripción : | The question of whether voluntary jurisdiction actually involves activities of a jurisdictional nature has been much debated, or whether, on the contrary, because they do not have that nature, the matters covered by them should be specifically entrusted to administrative bodies or notaries in order to integrate the function they perform in the legitimation of legal relations. |
